Vinya El Mocador

Type of wine: Fruity and dry white.

Grape variety: 100% Muscat de Frontignan from the vineyard “El Mocador”.

Alcohol strength: 12% vol.

Elaboration: Gentle extraction of the free-run must. Very slow fermentation at 14-16ºC.

Ideal temperature: Store at 15-20ºC and serve at 10-12ºC.

Pairing: Appetizers, salads, fish and seafood, light cheeses, white meats and asian food.

TASTE NOTE

• On the eye: bright yellow with golden hues.
• On the nose: Wine with a lot of aromatic strength, white flowers and ripe summer fruits, with certain citric peels.
• On the palate: Wide mouth, pleasant and agile. Touches of peach, apricot and pineapple. Long, unctuous aftertaste with the evocation of white flowers and citrics.
